I'm opening a new thread, but this is a follow up of the discussion
between Oliver, Eike and Andre.
I've met several issues during the localization process of 3.0 and would
like to discuss them, may be we (I, at least :) can have a better
understanding on the whole process after.

That can be the case, depending on the extent of the tests. We usually
only have a week of time for testing of an l10n CWS, and close to an RC
this time mig
