Thanks Alan, I just reverted so that this change will first be available in
6.5 and we have more time to sort details out.
I'm happy with the current state of things for getting 6.4 out now.

Feel free to revert the TermsQuery refactor if there are more changes you want

It was the LuceneRegexFragmenter class that caused this. Maybe it existed
before, too, but the changes recently added for UnifiedHighlighter caused the
trouble for eclipse.
