This is done for CDCR and Velocity. I don't really understand which parts of HDFS are deprecated and which ones are staying (this is not a request for somebody to explain it to me), so I left that one alone. If you link me to the blobstore deprecation JIRA, then I can close those as well. I

Hey everyone, Solr could keep some plugins with separate git repositories under the Apache umbrella if it adapts the Apache Commons model where plugins can have their own release schedule and community without the risk of being abandoned completely without notice.
