since June 9th, maven-xdoc-plugin 1.9.1 is the most current release of
the xdoc plugin. Ever since then, maven sites with things like
"???template.mail_lists.section.title???" pop up. Even on the maven
plugin site itself (see e.g. at the simian plugin at
