Propose using milestones instead of labels

Hi all, Currently, we are using labels to mark specific versions in GitHub repo. However, Version labels are never used after those versions are released. It means version labels which we don't use again continue to increase. So, I suppose that we should use milestones instead of version labels. W

Yep, the procedure in [2] is how I overcame the installer refusing to start. Hopefully most developers will be familiar enough with the Mac trick to figure this out--especially those running a macOS beta. I don't think you need to worry about students until macOS 10.15 is released this Fall. As
