Installed in Win8.1 using JDK12. Installation went smoothly. Migrated
plugins etc. from 11.1 installation without issues.
nb-javac and JavaFX were installed successfully.

Installed on Windows 10, verified certificate says "The Apache Software
Foundation", ran installed IDE once, opened a Java project, accepted plugin
activations, uninstalled. No problems!
