I've started to integrate the PRs for NetBeans 16u1 (Gradle) Update.
So far only the Gradle Projects and Gradle Java Projects modules are
affected. If you feel some PR which is on master needs to be included,
please put a 16u1 label on the PR to the master. No API changes,

- Go, syntax highlight and parsing, no project support planned.
- Helm Project Support, mainly project view and code completion in YAML

Yes, there was a patch here in NetBeans 15 which I think improved the situation
a lot. Now you can usually just Ctrl+C again, which so far has always resolved
the problem for me. (Instead of restarting the IDE.)

There are a couple of threads on this by now and I'm not sure if the
following "semi-solution" has been posted.
A couple of weeks ago the clipboard went bust on me in NB 15.
I tried a couple of things and I got it working again without restarting NB.
Today it happened again but this time in NB

Hello devs,
we just merged #4817 which means that travis is now no longer used for
the NetBeans project.
Please make sure that everything is green before merging to master from
now on, since we just had a red-master situation a few days ago. It
should be more convenient to restart jobs from
+1 (binding).
