Put a similar comment on the earlier infr ticket but was wondering if it might help to have some of these made into fields needed which can be made compulsory which if not entered would prevent creation of the ticket (i.e. why create the ticket if all the info is not available)? Eric Bresie ebre..

There are only manually created issues. If error/slowness is detected by NetBeans then user is prompted to file the issue and log is is generated as text. There is no automatic filing of bugs in Apache NetBeans. It was only in NetBeans from Oracle. Having some form of guidance for reporter wo
