Hello all, Apache NuttX (Incubating) 10.3.0 RC4 has been staged under [1] and it's time to vote on accepting it for release. If approved we will seek final release approval from the IPMC. Voting will be open for 72hr. A minimum of 3 binding +1 votes and more binding +1 than binding -1 are required

Hi, Regarding the disclaimer, the idea was to remove the WIP part _only_, to end up with a standard disclaimer file and not a WIP disclaimer file. [1] I believe we are required to make at least one non WIP release to be eligible for graduation and given all the work on licensing that has been done,
