That was also what suggested John Williams at Contegix. So if nobody see a
problem with that I will ask hilm to do so.
Note that, in this case, users will still receive certificate errors... So I suggest that as soon as possible we (ie the ASF) should
buy a plain certificate.

We don't have certificate(s) for demo or demo40. Contegix says that these
sites are using the *.hotwaxmedia.com domain.
I think that we should ask the ASF to buy a certificate for us. BTW, I will
check to see if the amount reversed to ASF on books sold by Packt Publishing
has grown...
