In my PGE config file, I've been using the MetadataListPcsMetFileWriter class
to generate a .met file for outputs generated in the PGE.
I noticed that in 0.4, this class is gone. Is there some new class in 0.4 that
replaces this? If not, what is the '0.4' way of generating .met files for
