access rights for file config.guess in RC source

Hi all, I have download the source https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/openoffice/4.1.2-rc2-r1707648/source/apache-openoffice-4.1.2-r1707648-src.zip Now I try to build from that. It fails already in step ./configure, because the file config.guess has wrong rights. I have corrected the
