It’s a guess, but which Java are you using?
Some of those look like java doc errors.

I just installed the en-US build from the link Jim provided (
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/openoffice/4.1.8-RC2/binaries/en-US/)
and it starts with no problem. I am on Windows 10 build 2004.
