Thanks for taking the lead on tracking down the issues with Windows 10.
It is rather critical that the actual variety of Windows 10 is noted
in these reports. If you think it's important to have this kind of
granularity documented in BZ as well, I'm sure we can make these changes

I think in the first line of your text you mean, reports of some users
NOT being able to edit in Openoffice after upgrading to Win 10. This is
what I read from the mails in this list.
I must say I haven't had any problems at all after I upgraded to Win 10;
