If you have a source of data that can be used, then entering that into openstreetmap is usually trivial. Getting the data tends to be the problem. For example I have a converter for [some elements of] ARINC424 data, although it's not legally possible to upload the results. __

An argument for creating at least a "sister project" to OSM for airspace mapping is that, in the USA at least, FAA regulations limit the operation of kites and balloons based on airspace.
