AFAIK, Apache-6 pom (
http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/apache/6/apache-6.pom) defines
repositories for nexus. Release guy must define username, password into its
settings.xml to use those repositories and also remove
distributionManagement section from pom. After that normal

now the nexus is in place, I wonder if there is some wiki that
documents the procedure
to do the release, via nexus.
