I think there was a recent change around setting up keys on deployment that
it's currently handle in all installation

I agree Matt, we should try to leverage dev list as much as possible.
I enabled today PRs and Issues notifications to the #dev channel but it
looks like it's going to be too noise with amount of repos we have. I went
and created a #dev-prs for PRs
Let's see how it goes we can adjust as we go.
