That'll help a great deal, especially with finding the Apache
some win32 ease..
perl Makefile.PL MP_GENERATE_XS MP_AP_PREFIX=d:/Apache2
apxs values (INCLUDEDIR, etc.) will be derived from MP_AP_PREFIX
so ../httpd-2.0 is not required to exist.
