I don't know exactly what was in the ASF talk submitted abstract that
generated the confusion.
To clarify even more confusion:
* Oxia *is* a public OSS project licensed with Apache License v2
* Oxia i
Oxia is a project of StreamNative inc, it's non public. From my
understanding, it's a zookeeper proxy, like Apache ShardingSphere, for the
purpose of zookeeper's horizontal expansion.

There is no such thing as Apache Oxia. It is from a vendor in the Pulsar
ecosystem - StreamNative. It is meant to plug into Pulsar and I think but am
not sure that it is a replacement for Apache Zookeeper, but …
