There are a great many tests that clear system properties in an
"AfterClass" or "After" method in a test. But I think this should be
unnecessary thanks to SystemPropertiesRestoreRule that is installed at both
a test method level and a class/suite level (see SolrTestCaseJ4 and

The 10th of the month or later would be best for me.

Hey all,
As we get to May it's time to start thinking about the Virtual
Community Meetup for this month.
As we've done previously, anyone is free to organize this month's
meetup. (If there are no volunteers, I'll serve as a default host if
no one sings up).
I'll wait a day or two just in case
Awesome, glad to have you Jason, I in the end feel the same way about my
spot. Mostly I qualify as "concerned citizen", possibly with "who thought
about it some and has ideas" added. If we get more than 5 volunteers we can
start comparing credentials.

Jason, let us abandon this thread, since it has the wrong subject. Can you
/ Eric please start a May 2023 thread?
Sorry for the noise.

Hi Gus,
I think this is a great idea.
I don't have much security background that'd make me a particularly
good fit, but absent someone with that background stepping up, I'm
willing to volunteer for one of the spots. (I'd be more than happy to
bow out if better qualified folks come along.)
+1, thanks to Eric if he's up for it.

Correction: s/April/May/, right?
Eric Pugh mentioned at some point that he might be up for organizing
this month I think? Let me see if I can track that down...

Hey all,
As we get to April it's time to start thinking
about the Virtual Community Meetup for this month.
The consensus in the 'Recurring (Virtual) Community Meetups' thread
was that anyone could volunteer to "host" a particular month, and that
Jason would serve as a default host as needed.
