If the instances got activated you should be able to subscribe.
However let's say your instance got activated and after sometime cartridge
agent could not send statistics to CEP, Stratos will mark the instance as a
faulty member. Then Stratos will terminate the instance and spawn another

If you look at the cartridge agent logs you can see the below error logs. Log
says that cartridge agent could not connect to CEP in order to send statistics.
By looking at carbon logs I only see Instance Spwaned Event. Do I mess
something here?
