I noticed there is no ISBN validator defined in
validator-rules.xml for Struts 1.3. It is missing.

Codehaus.org had a serious hardware problem and so the site is down. I'm not
sure what a good suggested workaround is at this point. Perhaps someone who has
that jar locally can post it up on a site so you can install it temporarily.
