We tried to push it as a GA, but it had a problem which prevented us
from doing so. But now that you mention it, that link should be
pointing to 2.1.4, which means that someone forgot to update the docs.
/roll_eyes. We can update the page without having to rebuild just to
update one link right?

And clicking on that click there isn't any reference to Struts 2.1.3 download.
Moreover is 2.1.3 a GA release? because I don't think it's good to
