With the latest builds of 1.3, what you could turn on in the developer/system menu is now the default in all builds - the scrolling is asynchronous. If you find problems that are there by default, but go away when you disable APZC and restart the phone - please make sure the bug is against Core

I'm not really sure how the mirroring works, but all of our work is done on github and mirrored over to HG. I can tell that most of those branches on HG look to be old feature branches, that are no longer needed. So perhaps we're missing the part where we prune removed branches in github? Best,
