Hi Gary,
My Xcode comes with the 10.9 and the 10.10 SDK.
I ran the bootstrap script and everything except the SDK and gcc-4.6 is
installed. Then I installed the gcc-4.9 with the homebrew formula gcc49.
My build process still fails at the same point. :(

Are you trying to go to lollipop? If you're trying to migrate your own device
to lollipop, I wouldn't suggest including base-kk-aosp.xml. That's for kitkat.
Perhaps you may want to take a look at the b2g-manifests and mimic from there :
