Bulk delete only deletes all contacts on the phone memory, but leaves those
stored on the SIM card untouched. I know because I can reimport my contacts
from the SIM card after doing bulk delete.

I think that we don't have anything to edit what's on the SIM Card. We
can only import contacts from it and that's it.

The only easy solution is to delete all my contacts on the SIM card and use
it as a primitive
