SMS Motorola CDMP protocol?

Does anyone know anything about the Motorola CDMP SMS protocol? Any ideas how hard it is to add in to kannel? Has anyone done this and would be willing to share their patches? I've got a possible requirement to connect to one of these SMSCs and if anyone's already done the necessary work, I'd rat

wait_for_connections fails and kills smsbox
