DLR from ESME to SMSC in SMPP

Hi, I have two questions regarding to DLR in SMPP. 1. I have no problem in receiving DLR for the messages I send from ESME (SMPP Client) to the center. The DLR comes in the form of a 'deliver_sm' message with certain bits set to '1'. My question is how can I inform SMSC to the messages I receive?
