Hi Alex,
The server I'm using has:
Mysql 8.0.17
Centos 7.x
Kannel svn-r5278M (latest version from svn)
Latest Kannel SVN will not compile with Mysql 8.0.17.
This error with Mysql 8.x was reported in redmine 08/18/2018
https://redmine.kannel.org/issues/782
But there does not seem to be any report
to /usr/share/aclocal/iconv.m4 when
running ./configure?
thanks for any help.

If there is actually a problem, then it affects the many users using smppbox

Thanks for the update and to Chimit for smppbox in general.
To take up the discussion from the user group, you mentioned a great idea to

To add to this, it would be great to have the same set of queues where you

Even though it did not completely solve the problem of Davit, its needed.

Hi,
Any ideas how to ensure Kannel reports back the time corrected for your time
zone.
We are using %t to get back the timeDate. The submit_sm_resp is at 09:15:06
but Kannel gives back the timeDate=2007-06-04+07:15:06.

Dear Kannel Devel,

In this case kannel would report 4: message buffered.

Dear Alex,
The ts is the messageid for smpp.
If you use the dlr table for internal Kannel storage, then the ts is stored
in the dlr table until the SMS is delivered. Can't Kannel have another
column in the dlr storage table called smsid? Then you will at least know
which smsid corresponds to which
Dear Alex,
Have you had a chance to add your code for receiving the messageid, received
back via the SubmitSMSResponse, via a DLR parameter to the CVS repository?
This would be great if you have such code and you are prepared to submit it.
Thanks
Dear Davy,
It's great that one of the kannel developers is working on this, as it would
benefit many users of kannel.
Which ever option you choose please still keep the existing DLR parameter -

Dear Kannel Devel,
Well done on the latest Kannel stable release.
I have a few questions on the release:
1) In the article below you have said: "bruNET upgrading response parsing to
comply with more recent interface version (v2.0+) where bruNET delivers
'MessageId' in the HTTP response
body.
Anyone on Kannel Devel, who knows Kannel well that can write the code using
%m as the Escape Code.
So that the message_id for the queued SMS message can come back as part of
the DLR URL.
This would be useful as once you have the message_id, if you don't get

Hi,
I agree that would be very useful as if anything goes wrong with the SMS you
can go back to the mobile operator and ask for an explanation for that
specific SMS. The mobile operator tracks their SMSs via the message_id which
is unique per SMSC.
Is their anyway to retrieve the message_id given
