I just stumpled across a problem using DLR with a new SMSC (SMPP), this
have been wroking fine before on some other SMSC's so I suspect the
problem is with the source and destionation address at the SMSC..

The patch that I submitted together with someone from Finland who I don't
remember the name of provided an option (CIMD2 patch) if you should set
only the first message as a tariffed SM or if all (splitted) messages
should be tariffed.

I just got some information that it was impossible to compile cvs on
FreeBSD due to a problem with some gethostbyname in protected.c. I havn't
got the chance to try to compile it yet but has anyone made any changes
lately ?

This patch allows you to set the source_addr_ton when sending the SM by
using a new cgi var called "source-addr-ton". This is necessary when
speaking to some providers. Maybe the same thing should be done for the NPI
aswell, but I have not come across any case where that would be necessary.
