Taking over maintenance for orphaned git-up package

As far as I can tell, only those packages with an install-time dependency on Boost, i.e., those that link a Boost shared library, are being rebuilt in the side tag. While KiCad does BuildRequire boost-devel, it looks like it needs only header-only libraries from Boost. Since a lot of packages
