Peace and blessings upon you, this is great.
Years ago, managing Tex dependencies was the bane of my life.

There ought to be a doc on "lifecycle of a timestamp"
I'm willing to help if we don't already have one.
Tldr
there are various levels of abstraction when it comes to representing
time. Developers overlook the details until something like this happens.

Hi Mukundan, Jonathan,
I have been working on becoming a fedora maintainer and I would love to
help.
When I followed the links to the build logs I got a 404.

In the past, Yubico has been generous in giving keys to packagers.
If they cannot give keys to all, then maybe we can get a few for those who
need them.
Some of us already have keys.
The barrier to becoming a packager is already high (that is good)
But we should decrease

Sorry, I read this as becoming dependent on GitHub actions for CI and for

Hi Barry,
I'm an aspiring Fedora packager with a focus on python. I'm likely to run
into the same situation soon. If you don't get any traction on this, I am
happy to look around and see if I can find some useful examples.
I'm in eastern time zone if you want to have a second pair of eyes.
ith describing practices and
cross-references.
I would be happy to make myself useful if you have any suggestions.
The last time I just jumped in to try to do things and that didn't work
well.

I appreciate all the constructive suggestions, particularly those that
acknowledge the, uh , inconsistencies in the documentation.
I'll keep plugging away. I dropped into the infra office hours and got
someone to offer to review my PR. There are a few python packages I will
eventually maintain

I love plantuml and would be happy to take it.
I've made several attempts over the past four years to become a fully
qualified packager but I have not made it all the way.

I have been wanting to take over a package for the past few years and this
seems like a good opportunity. I may need to refresh some of my access
tokens.

Welcome Marty,
Your story sounds like mine, we have a lot in common. I'm looking forward
to a little community service with some python packages also.
