Thanks! The subject should have mentioned "changes" instead of
"hanges" as well...

When I was migrating ABRT to transifex.net I hit a problem with tx push,
so to ease the life of others who may hit the same problem here is my story:
1. created the project
2. created the resource by uploading the abrt.pot
3. outsource the project to Fedora Project
4. try to $ tx push -t
5. got "

After having migrated our project (FreeIPA) I thought I would share some
info which might help others.
We were already hosted on transifex.net but the project was created
prior to the Transifex 1.0 roll out. For some reason we didn't have a
resource although we previously did have a .pot file a
