Having used it for a while, I find it more than adequate. Currently F15 is blighted by some undiagnosed crashes for me (Bug 697157) but Gnome 3 just isn't a problem. There are some odd things that can be worked around, but the overall way of working is good. I found myself dragging a Windows XP
