Open MPI v4.0.6rc4 (we messed up and had to skip rc3) is now available at
https://www.open-mpi.org/software/ompi/v4.0/
Changes since the 4.0.5 release include:
- Update embedded PMIx to 3.2.3. This update addresses several
MPI_COMM_SPAWN problems.
- Fix an issue with MPI_FILE_GET_B
LANL would be interested in supporting this feature as well.
