Hi.
I discovered the same error. It seems that when upgrading from sp3
to sp4 an index file is not updated.
I deleted the axsysda.kti index file, which is then recreated when
Axapta starts. Everything worked fine afterwards.

Hello Pat,
Have you checked the underlying database tables? If it is not a
case of loss of data, then may be it could be a configuration
mismatch.
Also there is a white paper available in Technet about upgradation.
It was published as late as in Sept this year. Have you referred
that?
