Why would one bother?
ISP's are so cheap these days. To buy modems, phone lines, power, call long
distance to connect.
Why not let the client or you stick to your core business. Let the AOL's do
the dial in stuff. They are cheaper and have local access numbers world
wide?

I download the netatalk-1.5pre5-1 RPM and installed it. My OSX box now
crashes the finder when I try to connect. It used to work for single files,
but never for applications or directories.
I wonder how much effort your really going to need to put in this since

Well, since I take care of it myself, its actually more economical to just
buy another phone line and add a machine. Plus those cheap ISP's are not
as reliable as I need them to be.
