It seemed so to me until the compile failed. On my SME 5.6U2 test box
it successfu
(kernel-source-2.4.18-3.i386.rpm) version does not seem to exist...
at least I have not found it with any searches.

separately without the server-manager panel.
The install works fine, it just won't connect to the dir from the
new server-manager panel afterwards.
