Using the IPN system, plus the various techniques used by ModernBill, etc.,
it wouldn't be that hard. I know people that have implemented this sort of
stuff before. I'll ask them about it, as I've taken a look at IPN, but I'm
not comfortable with it.

I agree with the current funds feature - it would be really helpful to know a lot more
about the finance side, as far as I can see it will only encourage people to donate
