1) Why are you running 2.21 and not 2.22?
2) Do you have a file called hibernate.properties in /home/dhis/config? (It
changed name to dhis.conf in 2.22).
What is inside that file?

Hi All,
Initially i thought DHIS2 had fully or out-of-the-box realtime analytics

It might seem very superficial, but I think the ability to select colors is
actually important - just as it is for Legends in GIS (in fact, it would be
nice to be able to apply the legend colors to charts as well).

You can just try and change the name of one of the dhis folders.
But it seems strange if those are names of folders, rather than (zipped)
files. I assume this is on your laptop?
How have you set things up? If you use DHIS2 Live, you can set the port
number in a file inside the /conf folder.

Looks like DHIS2 does not have sufficient permissions for the database.
Since this is locally, you could just give the dhis user superuser

Hi Gerald,
I would try to skip a few versions by exporting metadata and data and
probably try to import to an intermediate version such as 2.13 or 2.16.
