One other piece of information that I learned, but need to verify is
that Cambodia will "tax" imported computers. I got this information
from a vendor in country, but have yet to verify it.

Hello all,
I am seeking some advice for a project we're planning to implement in
Cambodia next year for The Sharing Foundation
(www.sharingfoundation.org).
The Sharing Foundation supports many different development projects in a
small village about an hour outside of Phnom Penh. Education is at t

I tried to find out if there were any nonprofit discounts and I got an
introduction to one of the sales people, but they never responded.

I used a free program called Camstudio, but it creates in avi and didn't
have good results (screen resolution issues with trying to use
quot;Cross-blog" conversation about the techniques for blog community
