Once you have the CTC's up and running, I'm hoping that people will be
interested in joining the HPN mailing list, which began in 1997 in order to
give people who have been through hard times both a chance to network AND a
place to suggest solutions to social problems for policy makers
This is really wonderful news, Will. Sorry it took so long for this to
circulate on DDN; the heavy traffic has slowed down the list. If there
are any other things you need, please don't hesistate to post your
requests to DDN - I'm sure there are lots of people eager to help.
