The Hamshack Hack version 0.3 you sent me works OK and detects my Soundblaster
soundcard.
It is based on KNOPPIX version 3.7.
Versions 0.4 and 0.5 do not detect the soundcard, and both of those are based
on KNOPPIX
3.8.
I also ran KNOPPIX version 3.3 and it detected the soundcard.
So,
downloaded from the dublin site, and burned on another machine. same
results. couldnt do the chksums.
cluecd runs, and all the ham programs i tried do work. what didnt

Was successful with two down-loads, one at the office which on a T1 line took
over an hour and the second at less than 20 minutes from the house using cable.
