I think the cross banding part would be legal. However the CW sent to the 2
meter link would have to be audio CW. True CW is just cutting the carrier on
and off. The tone that we hear in our CW receiver is from the receiver
itself and not from the signal. CW on FM can be accomplished wit

this method to "hide" the real IP.
