Thank you all- my laptop does not have a 9 pin port. The 25 pin is the only
available parallel port. Any Ideas?

Don't try to send the entire form, just send the data. It would not
be difficult to setup a form that would store the entered data into a
comma seperated text file, then put the data back into a form on the
other end.
There are a bunch of ways you could do this. Here is one solution

All this talk about PSKMail piqued my interest, so last night I
installed the PSKMail java client.
I had no luck contacting any of the servers listed on
http://pskmail.wikispaces.com/PSKmailservers
I tried the ping command, and I guess no servers were on 10.148 that
could hear me.
