On my new computer I seem to be receiving everything up a few cycles.
I have to Lock my Transmit at move my recieve location in the window.
The manual says to change the sample rate. I'm not clear if I should
be changing my TRANSMIT or my RECIEVE as well as by how much?
Can anyone help? I didn't

Here's a good article that just got me started using PSK31. I use
the sound card already built into my computer going into a TenTec
ORION.
Seems to be working great.
This is the first time for me to ever try anything digital. I'm
usually on HF SSB
