Thats what I was thinking... I did manage to fix the issue though by swapping radios - I am using my mobile Kenwood 2550A instead of the HT and it works fine now. At some point I will probably try to track down the issue with using the HT using both of your advice, thank you! > Wouldn't it

Can someone tell me if this makes sense -- I had a RS 2m HT with a KPC-3 and was able to reasonably connect to 3 different stations. I switched out the radio and put in a Kenwood TR 2600 HT. It is lower power (2.5 vs. 5 watts), but those stations still seem to be able to hear me, and I can

I have a aea pk-88 tnc and a kenwood radio, they both have the same 8 pin male connector, so I need to buy some female 8 pin connectors and wire it up. Know of any good cheap sources (online) or in MA?
