(as a test) you or someone created an account with a username that makes
absolutely no sense: udkpboqaxt, that account would likely receive spam
at some point. It's as if spammers are sending it addressed to every

It is illegal under U.S. Federal law for telemarketers to call cellular
phones. If a robocaller is attached to a telemarketer, then I believe
those calls are also illegal.
The easiest way to combat this problem, would be to simply not answer

see that monitor display green all the way to the top, which would indicate
