As far as I see reports are sent to oracle.

It's inevitable that the LO-Discuss list will be very busy so soon
after the creation of TDF. The decline in traffic on the OOo-Discuss
list doesn't mean that interest in the software was waning, the
traffic on the OOo-users list is still healthy.
