I think your best bet is Dreamweaver CS3. The interface is good. It
also includes the Adobe's Ajax framework, Spry, so you can acheive
some fairly complex UI prototypes. The ajax and html code also isn't
bad for small to midisize sites and you probably do not want to use
the code for enter

I think you are limiting yourself and letting your past dictate what
your future is going to be. I went through a similar situation years
ago.
Find schools you want to go to and who are going to help you succeed.
Why waste your time and money at place that is too focused on your
grades?
